If customers have already selected a product, we will analyze potential issues your venue might face together with you, which will enable us to offer design solutions that meet as closely as possible with your requirements.

After confirming all the details of the product, the customer needs to send us the CAD drawings of the site. Our design team will initiate the design based on the customer's requirements and the actual conditions of the site.

04. 交付设计图纸

Our design team will send the designed solution to the customer within 24 hours. Typically, if there aren’t many obstructions on the customer’s site, our design team will provide multiple design options for the customer to choose.

05. 确认最终设计

We attach great importance to the opinions and requirements of every customer. Therefore, we assure our customers that upon receiving the designed proposal, any dissatisfaction or queries can be shared with us. Once installation is completed, we will provide comprehensive technical training to ensure customers understand all aspects of the product. In addition, we will provide detailed operational training to enable customers to operate and maintain equipment proficiently.
