After confirming all the details of the product, the customer needs to send us the CAD drawings of the site. Our design team will initiate the design based on the customer's requirements and the actual conditions of the site.

Our design team will send the designed solution to the customer within 24 hours. Typically, if there aren’t many obstructions on the customer’s site, our design team will provide multiple design options for the customer to choose.

We attach great importance to the opinions and requirements of every customer. Therefore, we assure our customers that upon receiving the designed proposal, any dissatisfaction or queries can be shared with us. After receiving the deposit, our factory will arrange production immediately. In addition, our dedicated QC department will monitor every step of production to ensure product quality. Before shipping, we will test and inspect the quality of the finished product again.

Before shipping, we will conduct final product testing and quality inspection to ensure every product is perfect and flawless. After completing the final quality inspection, we will pack the equipment and containerize it on the appointed delivery date.

Once installation is completed, we will provide comprehensive technical training to ensure customers understand all aspects of the product. In addition, we will provide detailed operational training to enable customers to operate and maintain equipment proficiently.
